Epson Connecting to an Existing Wi-Fi Network Setup
You can set up your scanner to interact with your computer system using a cordless router or gain access to point. The cordless router or gain access to point can be linked to your computer system over a wireless or wired network.

- Ethernet cable (used just for wired connection to the cordless router or access point).
Epson Manually Connecting to a Wi-Fi Router Using EpsonNet Config
You can use EpsonNet Config to connect the Epson scanner to an existing Wi-Fi network on a router or access point.Keep in mind: You must have a computer system with a cordless adapter to set up the connection.
Switch on the scanner.
- Connect the computer system to the scanner using a direct Wi-Fi connection.
- Do one of the following to begin EpsonNet Config:
- Windows 10: Click > All apps > EpsonNet > EpsonNet Config.
- Windows 8. x: Browse to the Apps screen and select EpsonNet Config.
- Windows (other versions): Click or Start, and choose All Programs or Programs. Select EpsonNet > EpsonNet Config > EpsonNet Config.
- OS X: Open the Applications folder, select Epson Software application > EpsonNet > EpsonNet Config > EpsonNet Config.
- Select your scanner from the list and click Configuration.
- Select Network User interface > Network > Standard (Wireless).
- Select the following settings for your infrastructure connection:
- Interaction mode: Select Infrastructure.
- SSID: Get in the SSID of the cordless router or access point.
- Security level: Select the wireless connection's security level.
- WEP Settings or WPA Settings: Go into the wireless connection's security secret.
- Click Transmit.
Open the Gadget menu and select Quit.
Switch off the scanner.
Disconnect the computer system or device's direct Wi-Fi connection, then connect the computer or device to the router or access point.
Switch on the scanner. When the Wi-Fi light on the scanner remains on, the connection is established.
Establish network scanning on your computer system.
